Dupree, who is from Germantown, began the day with a two-shot lead over 4 other players in the field. Doug Miller, from Collierville, got to within one after birding the 10th, but Dupree stayed steady down the stretch finally closing the tournament out with a birdie on the par 4 18th. Defending champion, Wesley Hays also from Memphis, finished the final day with a round of 72 giving him a three day total of 221 (5 over par), and placing him in a tie for sixth place.
