
The 2008 Academy Application Process
Applications will be processed on a first come first serve basis. In order to process your application, it must be complete and accompanied by the appropriate deposit. Applications will not be taken over the phone nor will we hold spots for students without a completed application, including deposit. If you are trying to attend with a friend, please send both applications ASAP and together if possible. Please indicate your intentions somewhere on your application or attach a note. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
Three ways to register for camp:
1. Register Online-A $200.00 deposit is required with the remaining balance to be charged 2 weeks prior to the camp date. A confirmation should be automatically received through email. A Medical Form must be completed and turned in before a child attends camp. You may either fax back or send through regular mail.
2. Mail your application ( Academy Application and Medical Form if possible) A $200.00 deposit is required with the remaining balance to be charged 2 weeks prior to the camp date. Payment is required by check or credit card with checks being made payable to TN Junior Fund, LLC.. Click below for Medical Form.
3. Fax your Application ( Academy Application and Medical Form if possible) with a credit card number to 615-790-8600. A $200.00 deposit is required with the remaining balance to be charged 2 weeks prior to the camp date. Please follow up with a phone call to the Academy office 615-790-7600 to ensure complete transmission.
