Betty Rowland Probasco Museum Room
The Museum room features exhibits and memorabilia from Charter members of the Tennessee Golf Hall of Fame. A special Ryder Cup display honors our three Tennesseans who played on Ryder Cup teams.
The room is dedicated to Lookout Mountain's Betty Probasco, a gracious lady who has won amateur championships at both the State and National level. Betty was the first lady to be inducted into the Tennessee Golf Hall of Fame. Feature exhibits in the room include Dr. Cary Middlecoff, Dudley "Waxo" Green, Curtis Person Sr., and Lew Oehmig. |

Lew Oehmig Distinguished Service Room

The Distinguished Service Room features both members of the Tennessee Golf Hall of Fame and Tennesseans who have achieved noteworthy milestones in recent years. The room is dedicated to Lookout Mountain's Lew Oehmig, a great amateur champion in Tennessee and a longtime member of the TGA Board of Directors. The game knows no greater gentlemen than sweet swinging Lew Oehmig. Feature exhibits in the room include Lou Graham, Betty Probasco and Mason Rudolph.
Distinguished Service recognition at the Grand Opening features USGA Men's and Women's Mid Amateur champions Tim Jackson and Sara Ingram (also a member of the 1994 Curtis Cup Team); USGA Greens Section award winner David Stone of The Honors Course. |

Curtis Person Board of Directors Room

The Board of Directors Room can comfortably accommodates 12 people around its Board table. The room will be utilized by all of the Association for board and committee meetings during the year. Curtis Person, Sr. of Memphis is a Director of Emeritus of the Tennessee Golf Association and was a premier senior player in the United States for many years. Curtis is one of the seven Charter members of the Tennessee Golf Hall of Fame. This room embodies the spirit and true dedication to the game that has always been a trademark of Curtis Person. |

Association History Room
Tennessee's major associations will display trophies and other memorabilia representing their history and missions. The cases are the permanent home for the Martin Condon State Amateur trophy, the Betty S. Probasco WTGA Amateur trophy, the John Deal Cup, the Curtis Person State Open trophy, and Mack Brothers Senior Amateur Trophy. A series of historical postcards, from the 1920's showcase some of Tennessee's older clubs. The Vinny, Vince Gill's Pro-Celebrity Invitational, trophy and winner's guitar are also located in this room.

Sarah Ingram USGA Museum Room

The United States Golf Association has the world's premier golf museum at Far Hills, New Jersey. For the first time ever, the USGA has agreed to furnish a special room with memorabilia and displays from its museum in a regional association home. The USGA's exhibit for 1999 is history of golf cartoons. This display of unique, humorous and rare cartoons is a must see for any avid golfer.
The USGA provides the permanent fixtures in this room and will regularly rotate new exhibits through Golf House Tennessee. If this project is successful it may prove to be a model for other regional headquarters to be able to display USGA exhibits from Far Hills. |

Fred Russell Golf Library

The world of sports journalism has no peer when you mention the name Fred Russell. The long time Nashville Banner Sports Editor, who has been honored by numerous sports organizations across the country, is being honored by his friends with the name dedication of the Golf Library.
The Library features a growing collection of golf books, scrapbooks, and magazines. A Golf Link weather computer provides up to the minute weather and storm detection for both the golfers and superintendents. This cozy room was the kitchen in the antebellum mansion, and its fireplace still has the original iron pot hanger. The decor of the library reflects the rich traditional style developed for Golf House by Kathy Carr, senior interior decorator for Earl Swenson Associates. |

Old Hickory Country Club Teaching Room
 The indoor teaching room is dedicated to Old Hickory Country Club, and will honor selected long-time Old Hickory members and their professionals by highlighting outstanding accomplishments and significant marks in golf. The Jere Ervin Family has graciously spearheaded the efforts to recognize Old Hickory Country Club in such a unique manner.
State of the art video and computer equipment has been installed to provide our pupils with the very best instrument tools available. The three camera system and computer file with a library of great player swings makes the Old Hickory Country Club Teaching Room one of the best in the golf industry.

Tennessee Section PGA Golf Lodge

The golf lodge features 10 sleeping rooms. Four rooms are designed to house counselors and teachers during junior golf camps and clinics. These rooms can sleep four and have a private shower and bathroom. Six rooms have been designed to accommodate up to eight people each. The lodge hallway contains photographs which reflect a junior golf theme - past and present. A doorway in the middle of the hallway permits the dorm to lodge both girls and boys with separate restrooms and showers serving three rooms on each side of the doorway. Restrooms have six private showers each as well as a vanity area. A club storage room within the lodge has been designed to accommodate 52 golf bags and golf shoes.
The Foundation is accepting endowment naming opportunities for each of the ten rooms. Sara Lee Room

The Sara Lee Corporation was a natural to endow and accept the naming opportunity for our dining room. Sponsor of the prestigious LPGA's Sara Lee Classic up until 1999, the room features photographs of the popular event that attracted over 100,000 spectators each spring. The photos feature Heather Farr, Nancy Lopez, Tammie Green, Sara Ingram, and Vince Gill, who plays an important role in the Classic.
The room can seat 72 for dinner and has a state-of-the-art kitchen and entertainment center for the enjoyment of our junior golfers during the Golf Academy. The Tom Bannen patio can be used for extra seating, shelter during inclement weather and a scoreboard area. |
