How to Become a Member
1.  Must be between 8-17 years of age.
2.  Its FREE in 2009
3.  You may sign up 2 ways:
      a.  Register Online.
      b.  Fill out a form, mail or fax to 615-790-8600.      
4.  Once you have been approved you will receive your ID and Password through email.
